Concealed interior duct, exposed architectural duct and rooftop systems do not face the same conditions. Ravenshade follows the specified material and finish while coordinating the real field details that keep the assembly continuous.

Indoor concealed systems

Supply, return, outside-air and exhaust ductwork insulated with the specified blanket, board or liner-related assembly while maintaining vapor-control continuity.

Indoor exposed systems

Visible ductwork requires thermal performance plus straight lines, aligned seams, clean terminations and finishes suited to occupied or service areas.

Exterior and rooftop systems

Outdoor duct insulation needs a complete weatherproofing strategy—including insulation, vapor control, durable jacketing, sealed laps, penetrations and water-shedding details.

What types of commercial ductwork does Ravenshade insulate?

Our work includes specified supply, return, outside-air and exhaust duct systems, including concealed interiors, exposed interiors, rooftops and specialty applications.

Why does ductwork sweat?

Condensation forms when the exterior surface temperature falls below the surrounding air's dew point. Insufficient insulation, compressed material, damaged facing, open seams, unsealed penetrations or difficult ambient conditions can all contribute.

Can you replace wet or mold-affected duct insulation?
